Giulia Zini was born in 1996 in Novellara, Italy. In 2004, she started working in Luca Santiago Mora’s Atelier dell'Errore in Reggio Emilia. Zini’s artistic work is characterised by large formats. She continually pastes additions on to her fantastical animal pictures in pencil, oil pastel and wax. Due to her dysgraphia and dyslexia, the titles of her works are often short poems.
